CIAC Certified Strategic Leader (CCSL) - Eligibility to test for the CCSL designation requires current employment in a call center with a minimum of one-year experience in a call center strategic leadership and management job role. Candidates must successfuly complete four (4) Objective Assessments and a Work Product Assignment based on the Call Center Strategic Leader Competencies. A minimum score of seventy five percent (75%) is required on each of the four Objective Assessments and Work Product Assignment. All testing must be completed within two years.
CIAC Certified Operations Manager (CCOM) - Eligibility to test for the CCOM designation requires current employment in a call center with a minimum of one-year experience in a call center operational leadership and management job role. Candidates must successfuly complete four (4) Objective Assessments and a Work Product Assignment based on the Call Center Operations Manager Competencies. A minimum score of seventy five percent (75%) is required on each of the four Objective Assessments and Work Product Assignment. All testing must be completed within two years.
CIAC Certified Management Associate (CCMA) - Eligibility to test for the CCMA designation requires a passing score of seventy percent (70%) on each of four (4) Objective Assessments based on the Call Center Management Associate Competencies. All testing must be completed within two years.
CIAC Certified Management Consultant (CCMC) – Eligibility to test for the CCMA designation requires a passing score of seventy-five percent (75%) on each of four (4) Objective Assessments based on the Call Center Mangement Consultant Competencies. All testing must be completed within two years.
