CIAC Certification Designations are based on job roles versus titles.
CIAC-Certified Strategic Leader (CCSL) – The CCSL designation is applicable to senior executives who are responsible for the leadership and strategic management of a contact center.
CIAC-Certified Operations Manager (CCOM) – The CCOM designation is applicable to managers who are responsible for the day-to-day tactical/operational management of a contact center.
CIAC-Certified Management Apprentice (CCMA) – The CCMA designation is applicable to persons news to a contact center management job role; those in an entry-level management role; and those who pursuing a career in contact center management through formal study and internship. It is also applicable to contact center supervisors whose job role includes operational management responsibilities.
CIAC-Certified Management Consultant (CCMC) – The CCMC designation is applicable to seasoned (senior-level) contact center consultants and training professionals.
