CIAC-Registered Proctors:
The CIAC Certification Assessments are administered online via a secure, web-based testing system. Computers used for CIAC Certification testing must be equipped with a proprietary browser utility that prevents unauthorized access to the assessments and controls computer functionality while candidates test. Computer configuration must be verified each time before a CIAC Certification Assessment is launched:
· Perform A System Check
§ If the computer does not pass the system check, an alert message will indicate the required software and browser configuration.
· Launch A CIAC Certification Assessment
§ After the system check is successfully completed, you will be directed to the Testing System Login Screen. Here, you will enter your Proctor ID and Password to launch a candidate’s CIAC Certification Assessment. Only the assessment(s) a candidate is registered for (purchased) can be launched.
CIAC Certification Candidates:
Select from the following options:
· Go To Testing Homepage - enter your Participant Name and Password to view your assessment information
· Change My Password – enter your Participant Name and Password, follow the onscreen instructions
· View My Transcript – enter your Participant Name and Password, follow the onscreen instructions
· Candidate Testing Preparation – review or download document
