CIAC Certification Practice Tests

Online Practice Tests are available to help candidates prepare for CIAC Certification testing.  A  Practice Test can be purchased for the following competency domains:

  

·     People Management

·     Call Center Operations

·     Customer Relationships

·     Leadership and Business

 

Each test consists of twenty (20) questions similar to those on the CIAC Certification Knowledge Assessments; scoring is provided immediately upon completion.  Taken before training the Practice Tests help identify specific competency areas where training/study may be needed prior to certification testing.  Completed after training, they serve as a final check to ensure readiness for certification testing.  Some candidates take the Practice Tests before and after training.

 

The Practice Tests cost 15.00 USD each can be taken at any location (Practice Tests are not proctored).
