CIAC Certification Practice Tests

Online Practice Tests are available to help candidates prepare for CIAC Certification testing.  A  Practice Test can be purchased for each of the four Call Center Leadership & Management Competency Domains:

  • People Management
  • Call Center Operations
  • Customer Relationships
  • Leadership and Business

Each Practice Test consist of twenty (20) questions similar to those on the corresponding (actual) CIAC Certification Assessment.   Scoring is provided immediately upon test completion.  When taken before training, the Practice Tests help identify specific competency areas where training/study may be needed prior to certification testing.  Completed after training, the Practice Tests serve as a final check to ensure readiness for certification testing.  The Practice Tests may be taken as many times as desired, at any time and location (Practice Tests are not proctored).
