Self-Assessments

A Self-Assessment is available for each CIAC Certification designation and provided to help candidates prepare for CIAC Certification testing.  Completing the Self Assessment is an important first step because it offers a personalized guide for testing preparation.   

 

Completing the Self-Assessment enables candidates to:

  • Compare their current knowledge and skills against  job role competencies
  • Identify any competency areas in which training and/or job experience is required for successful certification testing
  • Determine the competency domain in which they are most proficient, indicating a logical starting point  for certification preparation and testing 

In addition to use as an individual gap analysis, the Self-Assessment is also a valuable tool for benchmarking the collective (group) competence of a call center management team.  

The Self-Assessment is provided free-of-charge to candidates upon purchase of CIAC Certificaton testing and can be completed an unlimited number of times.
