SHIPPING CHARGES - If the charge for shipping a certification award exceeds 10.00 USD, CIAC will invoice for the additional expense at the time of shipment.
· Shipments within the continental USA and Canada will be shipped USPS Ground unless otherwise necessary or requested.
· Shipments outside the continental USA will be shipped USPS International unless otherwise necessary or requested.
· Charges for international shipments do NOT include any applicable duty, tax, or other country-specific fee.
REFUND POLICY - Refund requests due to testing cancellation are honored for up to sixty (60) days from the date of purchase. Contact CIAC for additional information.
