The CIAC Certification Training Consortium is a group of independent organizations that provide training and education to prepare call center professionals for CIAC Certification testing. Training is available in a variety of delivery formats from classroom to online and can be mixed-and-matched between media and providers to accommodate a wide array of learning needs.
To ensure a premium learning experience, CIAC Training Partners are required to verify alignment of their training content with CIAC Competency Standards and that course design and delivery is based on Adult Learning theory and principles.
Training is not required to test for CIAC Certification. To become CIAC Certified requires only that you have the competence to successfully complete certification testing and this competence can be acquired by any means including on-the-job experience. However, because CIAC Certification requires mastery level competency, most candidates need training. CIAC encourages that you complete the Self Assessments to evaluate your current knowledge and skills against the competency standards for your job role. This will enable you to identify specific areas where training, job experience or other professional development may be needed to successfully complete certification testing.
