The Call Center School (TCCS) provides a comprehensive and cost-effective way to fill in your “training gaps” in preparation for CIAC Certification testing. 

The Masters Series in Call Center Management is a web-based seminar curriculum that covers the “People Management”, “Operations Management”, and “Leadership and Business Management” competency domains of the CIAC Leadership and Management Certification Track.   Every course in the Masters Series is facilitated by Senior Partners of TCCS who are recognized as industry experts and are well-versed in how to make your on-line learning both a valuable as well as enjoyable experience.

CIAC Certification Content and Practice Tests.  The Masters Series courses were designed with CIAC Certification in mind.  CIAC Certification content is covered in the learning objectives of the seminars and practice tests at the end of the seminars are another way to help test your knowledge and prepare you for CIAC Industry Certification testing.
